Dating back to the Middle Ages, this authentic cake features the cross of St James iced on top. Our ready-to-eat Tarta de Santiago weighs 700g and measures 27cm in diameter by 2cm in height, yielding 6 to 8 slices. Made from ground almonds for a crumbly texture.
