These delightful little Spanish Polvorones sweet treats are made by roasting flour and crushed almonds, flavoured with cinnamon before being baked in the oven until toasty. The end result are light, delicate, melt-in-the-mouth morsels of almondy crunchiness. A real festive treat and perfect with afternoon tea or a glass of PX sherry.

this is a curious product - basically a lump of compressed ground almonds with no binding aagent. Hard to eat without itsbreaking up. Bot reccomended. Alan Comyns
