These delightful little Spanish Polvorones sweet treats are made by roasting flour and crushed almonds, flavoured with cinnamon before being baked in the oven until toasty. The end result are light, delicate, melt-in-the-mouth morsels of almondy crunchiness. A real festive treat and perfect with afternoon tea or a glass of PX sherry.

Very sweet and a texture none of us were expecting. As you bite in to it, it's a much more powdery feel. Beautifully presented
