GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Pedro Ximenez TASTING NOTES Deep, rich nose reminiscent of prunes and chocolate. On the palate it is a sumptuous wine of great intensity; rich, concentrated fruit in the mouth with a full, juicy, succulence and seemingly unending finish. FOOD PAIRING A marvellous way to end a meal, to sip with dessert or use as a topping on ice cream, fruit-salads and pastries or with blue cheese. Deliciously refreshing with ice.

“I've bought this before from a company in Spain, so it was great to find out that Basco stock it and it only had to be posted from the UK! It's just Christmas in a glass - spiced, sweet, and sumptuous with hints of dried fruits. Will be ordering again!”

“Only drink since lockdown began, lovely sherry - seems to remind me of what sherry used to be years ago! Have to convince myself it’s doing me good (giving me extra iron), but just thoroughly enjoying it for the lovely drink it is.”
