“Now we are talking! This 'sherry' is so delicious I will always have a bottle or two handy. It can be served with dessert or cheese, used in cooking, particularly sauces. In fact I am going to give a fried of mine a bottle, as, at dinner parties he always insists on serving dessert before cheese, so now we can have a nice dessert wine and an equivalent to a tawny port with the cheese. Thank you Basco for bringing this sherry to my attention.”
