GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Pedro Ximenez TASTING NOTES Deep, rich nose reminiscent of prunes and chocolate. On the palate it is a sumptuous wine of great intensity; rich, concentrated fruit in the mouth with a full, juicy, succulence and seemingly unending finish. FOOD PAIRING A marvellous way to end a meal, to sip with dessert or use as a topping on ice cream, fruit-salads and pastries or with blue cheese. Deliciously refreshing with ice.

This is a lovely pudding and sipping wine. Like drinking liquid spiced raisins.

It is one of my favourite dessert wine from Andalusia. It is from a lesser known DO Montilla-Moriles region of wine in Spain, located near Cordoba. Wonderful aroma and flavour of raisins, perfect match with chocolate, or vanilla ice cream to finish your dinner. Makes a lovely sauce with any meat as well.

My original order was lost by the courier company. Spoke to Jack, very helpful, and a replacement was delivered the next day. Most impressed. Thank you
