The cattle are given over 100 sq. meters to roam, much of their feed comes from the estate's organic winery, and they reside on biodegradable beds. Their diet is designed to minimize greenhouse gas emissions. Crafted from 100% Wagyu blood and fat, this Wagyu black pudding is prepared using the traditional Morcilla de Burgos recipe, which includes rice, onion, and spices. The high percentage of polyunsaturated fats in wagyu morcilla, such as oleic, linoleic acids (omega 3, 6, and 9), contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Love black puddings. See if wagyu makes any difference. It will have to be really good to beat polish "kiszka" or silesian "krupnioki" though.
