In the tranquil Burgos region, the Santa Rosalia Estate is renowned for its commitment to producing exceptional food products. Here, Wagyu cattle are raised, known for their exceptional flavor, texture, and health benefits. The cattle are given over 100 sq. meters to roam, much of their feed comes from the estate's organic winery, and they reside on biodegradable beds. Their diet is designed to minimize greenhouse gas emissions. Crafted from 100% Wagyu blood and fat, this Wagyu black pudding is prepared using the traditional Morcilla de Burgos recipe, which includes rice, onion, and spices. The high percentage of polyunsaturated fats in wagyu morcilla, such as oleic, linoleic acids (omega 3, 6, and 9), contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. The texture and taste of wagyu black pudding are uniquely different.

We all loved this black pudding. I cut it into slices before frying and served it with small pieces of toast, It didn't last long!

Always order this, can just cut a couple of slices off and have it when we have a fry up as we say in Yorkshire

First of all, the Wagyu black pudding is absolutely exquisitely delicious! It is very versatile, too, and it is possible to incorporate into many recipes, like sausage rolls, stuffed peppers etc to great effect, the latter being my favourite. Highly recommend the Wagyu black pudding!

We've just eaten almost all of it with scallops and pea purée and it is so tasty, we've used it in rice, as part of a cooked breakfast and even on a homemade pizza. It's like ordinary black pudding - only more so.
