Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

In the tranquil Burgos region, the Santa Rosalia Estate is renowned for its commitment to producing exceptional food products. Here, Wagyu cattle are raised, known for their exceptional flavor, texture, and health benefits. The cattle are given over 100 sq. meters to roam, much of their feed comes from the estate's organic winery, and they reside on biodegradable beds. Their diet is designed to minimize greenhouse gas emissions. Crafted from 100% Wagyu blood and fat, this Wagyu black pudding is prepared using the traditional Morcilla de Burgos recipe, which includes rice, onion, and spices. The high percentage of polyunsaturated fats in wagyu morcilla, such as oleic, linoleic acids (omega 3, 6, and 9), contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. The texture and taste of wagyu black pudding are uniquely different.

Fantastic. Noticeably different to a pork morcilla. NB it is morcilla, not British black pudding

I have not had better black pudding. Moist, flavoursome, but not overpowering. I’d happily eat an entire pack in a sitting.
