Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

Basco are a very fine foods supplier. Have bought a fair few items from them from croquettes ( iberico ham ones are Devine , restaurant quality ) iberico hams , wagu steaks and prawns are a few of the purchases I’ve made from this company. Yes it can be pricey but for a foodie it’s so worth buying premium products for dinner parties , highly recommended

Lovely beef, cut into 6 decent filet steaks and left a nice roasting joint. Sensible value. Melt in the mouth. Dog enjoyed the trimmings.

Fantastic piece of rich, extremely tender and great tasting meat, cooked to perfection on a BBQ when using a Meater. Well worth the money.
