Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

“Plus ordering easy delivery in time packing good wet aged which is better for filet quite tender no artificial marbling by grain feeding size good Less so could be trimmed better, skin and fat came with chain attached total losses therefore nearly a kilo taste neutral”

“Wonderfully tasty, tender, enormous beef fillet. Has the mid section as a roast and it was fantastic. Trimmings roasted helped make excellent gravy. The rest has been cut up into many beautiful steaks to enjoy in the future. Will definitely buy it again. Super flavour.”
