Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

“Stunning. Cooked it and kept it very rare / "blue" and it melted in your mouth. Will definitely buy again. Purchased when on offer so price per kilo worked out very reasonable when compared to ordinary fillet price, and this was no ordinary fillet. Ordered on Wednesday morning, arrived Thursday morning.”

“Ordered the Galician beef for a birthday treat and wasn't disappointed. Great value for money with the offer, the beef could comfortably feed 10 people. We portioned it up into 3 pieces and put 2 into the freezer as there was so much. The flavour and taste of the beef was fantastic and will definitely order again in the future.”
