At Basco, we source the finest Galician beef from the Northwest of Spain. Our Galician beef range comes from retired Frisona dairy cows between 6 and 8 years old, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. These older cows have a higher percentage fat content and more marbling, resulting in a unique and distinct flavor. Each Galician rib steak is dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days. I bought this as a birthday treat for my husband . I used the recipe on the Basco website and it was delicious . The steak lived up to its reputation and thank you Basco for another excellent product and brilliant customer service . I will be buying the steaks again .
