“Amazing! First time i had presa, but i’ve been a big fan of dry ham Iberico belota for while.. It’s definitely closer to the beef or duck than normal pork, and it does taste london like Iberico belota!!! Love it, need some more !! Thanks Basco for this great discovery”

“The pork was like nothing I’d ever tried to make before. So tasty but also so straight forward. We also did the.gazpacho with feta and watermelon for starter. Also brilliant recipe. Found the whole team very helpful with cooking suggestions and delivery. Parcelforce, though, aren’t quite as good as DHL or some of the other companies.”
