Really succulent. Great depth of flavour. One of my friends thought it was fillet steak...can’t get much higher praise for the quality of the meat than that.

I have prepared this meat several times and I've been very pleased with the preparation and taste. I like having some in the freezer especially over the Christmas period.

The whole experience was great. The pre-delivery information was informative and the delivery was on time. the meat was packaged well and still frozen. But most importantly the meat was delicious, I cooked it medium rare and served it with with Café de Paris Butter recipe. I would highly recommend.
