“I’ve bought this product 4 times now. And it really is fantastic. Very easy to cook. Just roast in a hot oven or on the bbq until 54c internal temp. No seasoning except salt and pepper as the flavour of this meat is truly exceptional. Each presa feeds 3-4 people easily. Every one of my guests who’s ever had it has been truly amazed by the quality of this product. It tastes like pork should taste.”
