Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Presa Iberica is a delicious and tender meat cut from the Iberico pig, located near the head of the loin. This thick shoulder steak is a beautiful, flavorful cut that melts in your mouth. Presa Iberica is known for its marbling and juiciness, making it a popular choice for quick pan-searing. Its free-range, acorn-fed source contributes to its complex flavor and rich, melt-in-your-mouth fat. Iberico pigs are indigenous to Spain and live an ideal life rooting for acorns under cork and holm oak trees, resulting in a unique and delectable meat experience.

Beautiful piece of meat which is more in the beef side than the pork. Tasty and juicy. Better served on the medium rare side. With crème fraîche and mustard sauce. Beautiful

I’ve bought this product 4 times now. And it really is fantastic. Very easy to cook. Just roast in a hot oven or on the bbq until 54c internal temp. No seasoning except salt and pepper as the flavour of this meat is truly exceptional. Each presa feeds 3-4 people easily. Every one of my guests who’s ever had it has been truly amazed by the quality of this product. It tastes like pork should taste.

Really succulent. Great depth of flavour. One of my friends thought it was fillet steak...can’t get much higher praise for the quality of the meat than that.
