“The meat arrived frozen so we had to semi defrost and portion up for two people and refreeze! The first portion, the end one was slightly tougher than I expected but he flavour was very good. The second portion was much better and tender. Again the flavour was superb. I would definitely order from Basco again and look forward to trying other things in their range. Thanks!”
