“This cut of Iberica pork is absolutely superb! I made the best Wellington with it. Absolutely perfect for the grill too! The quality of the meat from Basco is always top notch.”

“We love Spain and it’s food. Our travels around various parts always has us scurrying to the butchers on the last day to but meat like this. It is quite simply exceptional. The colour and marbling becomes just an unctuous mouthful of wonderful flavour, the meat is sweet and so tender you could cut it with a blunt spoon. Sliced and Cooked medium plus, or cooked as a whole and then sliced with a splash of salt it is a Real treat, you know when you look at each other and say “oh My God that is amazing” it is that kind of meat. It brings back flavours of holiday. Obviously expertly cooked by myself over hot coals. I went to Order some more but they had sold out! A painful wait of 2 days and I have ordered some for my parents, my sister and then some more for me! I promise I won’t run out again!”
