Iberico Baby Back Pork Ribs, Acorn & Herb Flavored, High in Mono-unsaturated Fats, 1.2Kg Reviews

Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Iberico Baby Back pork ribs are cut straight from the Iberico pork loin. They are very succulent and tasty while maintaining our excellent quality. These ribs are smaller in size than those of a standard white pig, but the flavour of Iberico ribs is far superior. The indigenous black Iberico pigs roam the Dehesa forests of southwest Spain, where they graze on herbs, grass, and most importantly, acorns. This diet adds wonderful flavour to these Baby Back pork ribs, and the exercise they get fosters the marbling that makes Iberico pork ribs so special. The acorn and herb flavoured pork is high in mono-unsaturated fats that melt at low temperatures, and is more healthy than the fat from normal pork. Iberico Baby Back pork ribs have a higher fat content than standard white pork ribs, but their flavour is more complex because of the grass, herbs, and acorns on which the animals grazed. They are easy to cook and are a great choice for anyone looking to try something new.
