“Although I am keeping the suckling pig for Christmas dinner, it appears to be a very promising meal. It is well presented and prepared and all it needs is someone to do it justice. Having had such a superb delicacy when in Spain I am getting quite excited at the thought of Christmas dinner this year.”

“I decided to try one of these as a treat, it was very expensive but I have no idea what’s involved in preparing such a joint of pork. The company were very easy to order through and the delivery was on time and packaged very well. It arrived frozen in special packing and I could not ask for a better service. I cut the frozen joint into two and put them in the freezer. I have not cooked them yet so cannot say what the joint will taste like.”

“Exceptional. This is not the first time I’ve ordered this item and it never fails to impress. Will feed 8-10 people handsomely and I have it in place for the Christmas/New Year. I first came across suckling pig in Spain and it is not easy to find in uk. One of my favourite luxuries”
