“This is the 3rd year in a row that we have ordered a suckling pig for Christmas and we will never go back to goose or heaven forbid turkey. Simple to cook, because of the tenderness of the meat and the fat content it is very difficult to over cook. Juicy melt in the mouth meat with crunchy cracking.”

“Absolutely delicious and melt in the mouth! This is the second I have ordered but this time I am grateful for the BASCO online instructions on how to deal with the beast prior to cooking. Last time I just forced it into a roasting tin as it came! Great packing too and I save the heavy duty boxes for freezer defrosting and the frozen filled pack8ng sheets in my chest freezer when it's not totally full to stop it frosting up. So all round total purchase used!”

“The delivery is fast and packaging is good. My whole family enjoyed it except me, because I found this suckling pig have strong pork smell. Other than that, meat is tender and crackling is superb.”
