“Our fabulous suckling pig turned our family barbecue, to celebrate Mum's 90th birthday, into an event we'll always treasure. The pig fed ten of us accompanied by potato salad, coleslaw and a green salad. We kept the sides simple as all attention was on the centrepiece. The tender, succulent and tasty meat was considered to be the best meat ever tasted - and finally tasting suckling pig fulfilled a long held dream for our 96 year old Dad! The meat was easy to buy, quick to deliver and easy to cook (we'd been a bit apprehensive but Basco'scooking advice is spot on) - I couldn't recommend this more highly! We're looking forward to more suckling pig feasts to turn our family and friend gatherings into such special occasions!”
