I was very unsure how this product was going to arrive, however I was pleasantly surprised how well it was packed. The pig was fully frozen still with all the ice packs inclosed. The pig roasted beautifully and tasted amazing. The skin was also everyone favourite. I would for sure order this again without any hesitation. It’s an amazing centre piece!

Fast delivery, great product for a reasonable price, made an amazing centerpiece for a family treat. Was really easy to cook in a standard UK oven and tadted as good as it looked. Will definitely get one again!

This is my third whole suckling pig. They arrive expertly packaged, fully frozen. I tend to put it in the freezer ready for the next celebration. Thoroughly defrosting is key to enjoying an an amazing suckling pig. Allow at least 48 hours to fully defrost the piglet, any less and you will still have partially frozen meat. I have cooked it two ways: firstly oven roasted, secondly spit roasted. Both resulted in amazing crispy crackling thay simply melts in the mouth but with an amazing crackle. The milky white meat has a distinctive succulence and flavour unlike any other cut of pork. All my guests, 8 in all that have shared in this taste bud feast have all Sid they can not recall ever having tasted anything so sublime. A true testament indeed.
