“First had this in a little restaurant in Madrid, when because we could not speak Spanish, we left the chef to decide what we would have to eat. It was amazing and we have longed to repeat the experience ever since. With Covid 19 we have not had our family holidays in Spain this year so this will be the centre piece of our Boxing Day dinner when we will bring Spain to our children and grandchildren. So looking forward to enjoying that delicious pork. A little bit of sunshine to savour and brighten the gloom.”
