“This item was delivered as promised. We had this for Boxing Day lunch for 5 of us with enough to spare for the next day to make pulled pork and apple sauce rolls. Absolutely delicious on both occasions. I took a few photos for my Instagram page and many of my friends were very envious. I have promised to buy again and treat them to this delicacy now that I have the confidence to cook this. I found a few recipes which called for the pig to be spatchcock as it were but more home indoors oven is too small. So I positioned it just like a turkey and the results were outstanding even though I say so myself. Buy with confidence from Basco”
