“Always wanted to try this and wasn't disappointed. We cooked it in our wood fired oven from a recipe from Sobrino De Botin restaurant in Madrid which is the oldest restaurant in the world. We cooked it for three hours and it tasted amazing. We tagged you on our instagram page keyworthskitchen.”

“Very good i coming from Sardinia and I have found the taste very similar:cooked in oven for whether problem but it was very good not change if cooking on wood or charcoal barbecue. Very nice!!!‍‍‍‍‍‍♂️‍♀️‍♂️”
