Title: Milk-Fed Lamb Quarter 1.2Kg Milk-fed lamb, or Cordero Lechal, is a young lamb, typically 35 days old and weighing between 9 to 12 kg. At Basco, we prioritize the welfare of our milk-fed lambs, from their upbringing on the farm to your table. Traditionally, milk-fed lamb is roasted in a wood-fired oven with salt, oil, and a touch of water to bring out its soft texture and crispy golden skin. The result is a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth meat with subtle gamey notes. Our milk-fed lamb quarter is perfect for various occasions, including Sunday lunches, Easter celebrations, or summer barbecues. Try cooking this authentic Spanish recipe for an unforgettable dining experience.

Possibly the best piece of lamb we’ve ever eaten, brilliant flavour and texture. Obeyed the recipe to the letter, worked superbly. I’ll definitely be ordering again for that “special” occasion and trying the other goodies too!

Stunningly delicious! I haven't had milk lamb for maybe 30 years - we dined on it a lot when we lived in Spain. I followed Basco's own award-winning Chef for his recipe; the lamb was mouth-watering and divine. Like being 30 years younger! Thanks Basco!

Es muy grande para ser un cordero lechal, y no lleva certificado IGP, por lo que no se puede garantizar que sea raza churra a pesar de que ellos indican en su web que si. Too big for being real milk lamb. No quality certificate either. The product doesn’t have the quality that they say. You never can’t be sure that a milk lamb is raza churra is the product doesn’t contains a IGP certificate, this is the formal regulation in Spain as a proof of quality, and it doesn’t matter all what this company of liars say in the web.. the law is the law. NO IGP = you never can be sure is Raza churra and not sure about their high quality. Easy. The best lamb always has a IGP certificate, this is the reason why we have a certificate, the rest all lies of these people.
