Title: Milk-Fed Lamb Quarter 1.2Kg Milk-fed lamb, or Cordero Lechal, is a young lamb, typically 35 days old and weighing between 9 to 12 kg. At Basco, we prioritize the welfare of our milk-fed lambs, from their upbringing on the farm to your table. Traditionally, milk-fed lamb is roasted in a wood-fired oven with salt, oil, and a touch of water to bring out its soft texture and crispy golden skin. The result is a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth meat with subtle gamey notes. Our milk-fed lamb quarter is perfect for various occasions, including Sunday lunches, Easter celebrations, or summer barbecues. Try cooking this authentic Spanish recipe for an unforgettable dining experience.

I am lucky enough to have a wood fired oven so roasted it over water as suggested. so tender and tasty, it fed 6 with ease and would have stretched to 8 without being mean. Second (and not last time) I have bought this.
