“Really good quality cod - however, the trimmings are quite big so make sure that you de-salt for at least 48h changing the water every 6-8 (instead of 12-24h changing the water every 12, as I usually do for smaller trimmings!)”

“Dear Sir, hope you are well! I received my order and was disappointed with the cod chips! I needed 900 grams of cod so I opened two packages of 500 grams desalted and when weighed see the result in the attached photo! I'm going to delay an order because I had to desalt a third package to complete the recipe! There was more refined salt than cod in the package! I bought 1.5 kg of cod chips which is not "gadus morhua" by far and some of the deep yellow chips are bitter, in addition to being 175 g less than the stated weight on the package in each 500 gram package!
