hi there,quick review on the quality of this product..i made bacalao a la vizcaina with it,48 hours desalting,the rsult was the very best,it's hard to expres with words for me..just flakey sumptuos and devine..top of the line product,i am of spanish origin and i'ev had bacalao many times so i have a good reference..amazieng.

Far superior to the salt cod on sale locally, delivery was super quick and well packed. My first purchase from Basco but it will not be my last.

Salted cod is one of my favorites from childhood salt cod dumplings and cabbage onions and butter and tomatoes amazing and that's why I buy the best all the time
