“We've ordered this many times and it's always fantastic. Last week we had a lunch party and I sliced it up and served it as a tapa, on a crouton with a little stewed apple on top -- this worked really well and was a bit hit all round.”

“This is simply the best black pudding. No fatty bits as in the English version! Holds together well in the pan when cooking. Our favourite way to have it is to slice ripe beefsteak style tomatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, a bit of salt and olive oil then put the morcilla on top.”

“I recently purchased this Morcilla de Burgos because I wanted to prepare some Authentic Spanish dishes. English black pudding is just not the same. The Rios morcilla is delicious and the quality is outstanding. They were delivered in super quick time and the packaging was excellent.
