Morcilla de Burgos is a popular Spanish black pudding from Burgos in northern Spain. Originally, rice was added to bulk out the sausage, but its unique flavor became a signature dish. It's taken me years to find this after having eaten some in Granada outside the Alhambra. Great product - lovely sliced thickly, tossed in a little seasoned flour and fried until a little crispy on the outside. Try it with chorizo, tomato and pepper stew and a fried egg. Gorgeous.

This morcilla is fantastic, very easy to pan dry in slices with a drop of olive oil. Really delicate and Flavoursome. Definitely recommend, really good quality at a good price
