I don't think you can do better than this at the price. In a sandwich with cheese or in Saltimboca it's great. The flavour comes through without being overly strong. It's well packaged and not wet (which some I've tried have been) and mysteriously disappears from the fridge overnight, so I'm not the only person in our house who enjoys it.

Can't fault this at the price. Flavour and texture both right. Lovely in a sandwich and good enough to be part of a platter. I'm going to try using it for saltimboca, which will not please Italian purists, but I bet it'll be great.
