Amazing product purchased from Basco - my first time buying from them and I was so impressed. Arrived very promptly and packaged so well with ice packs to keep things fresh. I used recipes from the Basco website to make delicious Chistorra sausage rolls as part of a tapas night - I’ll definitely be buying again!

This is a delicious Chistorra. I normally cook it with some fried eggs and fries, all in the same plate. The mixture of flavours is simply amazing.
