Discover the amazing flavor of Spain's finest cured sausage – Arturo Sánchez Chorizo Ibérico. Made from acorn-fed, free-range pork, this chorizo is blended with smoked paprika and garlic, aged for a minimum of 4 months in the mountain air of Guijuelo, Salamanca. Thin slices of this delectable sausage pair perfectly with a glass of fine Spanish wine. Our chorizo is made from noble cuts such as Pluma, Secreto, and Presa, using only black Ibérico pigs. Ibérico charcuterie comes from black pigs of the Iberian breed, known for their great capacity to accumulate fat under their skin and between the muscular fibers. This fat is what produces the typical white streaks and brings the legendary flavor. Enjoy the rich and flavorful chorizo that will melt in your mouth.

Really pleased with the fantastic flavour. The real deal at an affordable price. If you want to keep it for months be warned it is 22 inches although it will bend into a horseshoe. However once you taste it you will realise that it won't last 3 weeks, maybe 2.
