Made from acorn-fed, free-range pork, this chorizo is blended with smoked paprika and garlic, aged for a minimum of 4 months in the mountain air of Guijuelo, Salamanca. Thin slices of this delectable sausage pair perfectly with a glass of fine Spanish wine. Our chorizo is made from noble cuts such as Pluma, Secreto, and Presa, using only black Ibérico pigs. Ibérico charcuterie comes from black pigs of the Iberian breed, known for their great capacity to accumulate fat under their skin and between the muscular fibers. Arrived safely and the arrangements were all fine. Chorizo larger than I had imagined but was for a number of guests so worked well. Good taste and appearance.
