“We had a great day trip on our Sun Charm, a very comfortable and quiet boat, easy to handle and great all round. Customer sevrice was excellent, good briefing and very relaxed - we were given all the time we needed to load up and set out.
Our only issue was that the while the toilet was clean it was rather smelly, didn't mention it when we returned the boat as we'd had a such a good trip but if anything can be done (and we appreciate boat plumbing is very different from domestic plumbing) to mimimise the smell, it should be as it could put some people off. Also some privacy tinting on the toilet window would be useful.

“We booked online. Booked a 7 person boat for the day so it worked out at a very good price per person as there were 7 of us. Electric boat, very smooth and easy to steer also plenty of room for us plus bags, food, drink.
The boat was clean but the heads had a wicked smell if you went to use them. Overall a great day out and we will be going it again next year.”

“The boat was clean and tidy for the start of the booking. The staff member was very informative in his explanations of the workings of the craft, especially as I had no experience of electric propelled boats . Sun Charm is very easy to handle and compared with diesel, very quiet. Just to hear the water moving in the bow wave along the boat was restful. The shape of the hull ensures minimal wash as it moves along, even at the posted speed limit of 5 miles per hour. All in all, a very enjoyable day”
“A great day boat, quiet and maneuverable and easy to get on and off. The loo is an experience as it backs onto a clear window so unless you're out in the wilds, houses and fishermen get a view of your assets! Please put a blind in there, or frost film covering!”
