“Great day out cruising the Norfolk Broads on the electric Sun Charm boat, nice & modern. The only downside was that it wasn’t very clean, you couldn’t see out the window panels when driving & the rear seating area on the floor needed a good clean.”

“Nice young man booked us in however as he was a lone worker and trying to deal with everyone we didn't feel enough information was given, eg how to put on life jacket, workings of the boat and no map or discussion about possible routes. Lack of instruction caused us to call for assistance as we couldn't restart the boat after mooring. Cupboard was full of the previous days rubbish. Not impressed!”

“Booking and instructions to find boat yard were good. The boat was great, a high up steering position, easy to use, very quiet and plenty of seating. Having a usb port to charge phone was good too. You do have to be careful that it won’t run at full speed all the time and automatically reduces the speed when the battery is charging. It was only a problem when we were trying to get back on time and were limited to 3.5. The only negative was the young man that showed us the boat rushed through the instructions and after we had left realised we didn’t know how to flush the toilet! He also had no advice on where to go and when we asked for a map he just said use google maps.”

“I would advice to pre-book as we did.
The lad on reception was great as we arrived well early and he managed to get us a boat earlier than booked.
The only thing is when coming back with your boat is trying to find your way back in.”
