“Deliciously creamy nutty flavoured polenta cooked very simply in milk and water with added Parmesan of course. Beats the quick cook stuff hands down, well worth the effort.”
“I switched to this brand from a generic pre-cooked polenta because it looks and tastes more wholesome. The long cooking times are a bit off-putting but you can get away with baking it like a cake once it has formed into a porridge-like consistency (about 15 minutes stirring). You have to pour it very slowly and carefully into salted boiling water to avoid it going lumpy and then pour the mixture into a loaf tin. Leave to cool in the tin, then you have a rather solid polenta “cake” that can be cut into slices and toasted or grilled. Great fuel for distance running.”

“This is a nice quality product and makes excellent polenta. I bought it for a special Italian dish: Rabbit with polenta. My family enjoyed it. Definitely repurchase this product again.”
