“The two packs of this yeast recently supplied would get no more than 1-star, but that would be unfair overall because previous packs were ok. These latest packs were used 3 times in the 8 days following receipt, all within their use by date, but their first two uses produced little rise and their third none; so I discarded the remainder. The failure to work may be because of longer than usual between order (Monday) and receipt (Friday) with deterioration en route. Whatever the reason, it demonstrated (a) the benefit of having the fallback of dried yeast in the larder and (b) that if I buy it again I should either collect it or pay extra for next day delivery.”
“Thought this was great product. Slightly slower than normal yeast but just as efficient and very mild flavour wich i thought helped the bread flavour shine thru”
