“The first 2 loaves I made were great but I had bought 1 kg of yeast and I mistakenly thought that I could freeze it so I carefully cut into 25gm portions - dusted them with some flour wrapped small blocks in clingfilm and froze them. When I came to defrost they just turned into a gooey dead ooze and were useless. All my own fault and we learn from our mistakes. the service and delivery was first-rate.”
