Excellent product. Have stopped kneading and now use Vanessa's no knead recipe which has resulted in a more open, larger holed crumb with great flavour. Loved the packaging too

I use three Italian bought pasta machines one of which uses brass dies. I find using Sofrito 00 flour gives me perfect results for extruded pasta whereas supermarket "00" has variable results in terms of egg to flour ratio and cooking times. I use it for ciabatta and focaccia and combined with a good quality olive oil and cooked in a wood stove gives excellent results.

I was inspired to make a sweet loaf by the GBBO and decide to try this flour. Great result with the loaf and also the service from Bakery Bits! Would not hesitate in placing an order again.
