“I have been making organic sourdough pizza every weekend during lockdown, experimenting with a mix of of this 00 and a small amount of Mulino Marino Organic Durum Semolina Flour. I am so pleased with the results, the pizza bases have been delicious. Stretching the dough into a good thin circle takes practice, but the dough has been amazing.
I also recently tried my first ever sourdough croissants using this 00 mixed with Stoates organic strong white, and the results were impressive.”
