First time I have used this flour, ordered the osmotorerant yeast as well, made my first ever panettone using Vanessa's recipe, tweaking the glace fruits I used. Brilliant result, I am so pleased as my enriched sweet dough attempts have been dreadful for years, thank you BB for stocking all the ingredients to make the Panettone.

Manitoba flour great for pizzas. It makes a lovely base full air pockets and taste.
