The best brand I have tasted, and believe me I have tasted lots of different cornmeals, this one had a lovely creamy taste.

This was my first purchase with Bakery Bits and I couldn't be more pleased. My package arrived within a couple of days, no fuss no hassle and I was able to make two lovely Cornbread recipes and have plenty left over for a few more. Great service, I shall be buying from you again. Thank you.

I was experimenting with a corn loaf and used this flour; it produced a great yellow loaf with an interesting texture and very crusty crust. Also tried used it for a raspberry and orange polenta cake and the result was a surprisingly light cake with a slightly crunchy texture.
