“Works absolutely fine but I have found it has a stronger smell, and therefore added yeasty flavour to my bread, compared to the Allinson’s yeast, or other yeasts available in normal supermarkets. Personally wouldn’t buy again if I can get hold of the Allinson’s tins.”
“So far, have only used this once but it worked perfectly (in this instance slow proving, 3 proves before baking) and the wholemeal loaf was absolutely delicious. The tin is opened with a tin opener but comes with a plastic reusable lid for storage.”
