“This is a very well made item, but am not sure if I actually received a 900 gram tin. I made up 900 grams of
bread yesterday and there was far too much dough to fit in the tin I received. I had to use an old 2 lb tin that
I've had for some years. It was considerably bigger. However, I am sure the results will be excellent if I mix up 500 grams.”
“I just love the small family size loaf that this tin produces. I recently bought smaller sizes elsewhere and was disappointed but now I have the perfect size. The tin is well made and the non stick coating is perfect so far with no paper liner or oil costing needed, even when a milk brush allows liquid to run down the sides of the loaf before baking. My only concern is that after washing and draining there are rust like residues in the bottom corners of the tin. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with the tin and the cost.”

“I have had one of these baking tins for a long time and needed another one so I can make more loaves at one time. It is a great shape for making bread as the tin has taller sides but is shorter in length so makes a more traditional size loaf. I could not buy once locally so ordered for the first time from Bakery Bits. The delivery was efficient although it did say on the delivery note that it would be delivered in January 1971!
The ceramic coating looks good but I have only used it once so we will have to see if it lasts.”

The bread bakes really evenly and the non-stick surface means that it slides out neatly every time.
