It simply works. I've not had any trouble releasing the cooked loaf from the tin.

Cannot abide the short dumpy curved tins available from most outlets but these are spot on Allowing the required rise before slashing and baking your loaf, which then falls out of the tin effortlessly once baked

I was wanting to replace our very old (and rusting) baking tins and was pleased to find the very thing with the additional benefit of them having a non-stick coating!

I am fairly new to baking bread by hand. After attending a recent baking course I decided to look for a supplier of goods quality equipment. These baking tins are excellent. I have used them several times now they give me a perfect shape loaf without any sticking in the tin, the bread simply slides out the tin every time. Thank you Bakery Bits I'm sure I will be back for more. Dennis from Lincoln
