“It's a perfect size and shape for baking a loaf with 500g of flour, but frankly I'm a bit disappointed with the quality. It's light weight and made from thin gauge sheet metal that feels just a bit thicker than a Castrol GTX can (before oil came in plastic containers). Cheers!”
“Great product for the serious baker. If you want your loaves to rise as high as shop bought then these are the tins for you.
Here’s my first two loaves using the tins. Although I’m confident of the none stick coating I also grease with olive oil as a fail safe.”
