“Hi, this the 1st time I’ve used this dried yeast, so far I’m impressed. I was itching to use it so made hot cross buns without the cross, didn’t have jam to make glacé so used syrup from a jar of glanced ginger
However , it would have been useful if the packet had included “ how to store the yeast “ .... I resealed the packet & put in a plastic tight seal container & hopefully it’ll be ok .”
