“Iam having great results using LeSaffre DCL instant yeast. Iam glad i have found a yeast that gives consistent & reliable results. When compared with the supermarket yeasts and small cans, i believe this yeast is superior. I have noticed a much speedier proof, so this needs to be taken into account when following a recipe. Its easy to over proove the dough. Now i have used it for awhile i can knock some time off of the stated times and still get consistent results. Must remember to preheat the oven a bit sooner! Iam hoping Bakery bits will continue to stock this yeast for years to come.”
